Steps Taken Together Toward Mental Wellness

Your first session is a comfortable conversation where your psychologist helps you talk about what you’re experiencing. You can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. The psychologist will understand your concerns, ask gentle questions, and guide you on what the next steps can look like.
A standard therapy or counselling session lasts around 60 minutes. Assessment sessions may vary depending on the type of test.
Therapy helps with a wide range of concerns — depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, communication problems, and more. You don’t need a “big problem” to begin therapy. If something feels heavy or unclear, therapy can help.
You can book your session by contacting us directly or using the scheduling option on our website. Just choose your preferred timing and mode (online or offline), and we’ll take care of the rest.
Assessments involve a structured process where you complete specific tests based on your concern :- personality, emotional health, ADHD screening, or other areas. After the assessment, your psychologist discusses the results and gives you a detailed report and recommendations.
