Ms. Shruti Shah founded Holistic Mind Therapy with a clear purpose: to make quality mental health care more accessible, more professional, and more human. For her, psychology was never simply a career; it was a calling rooted in a deep desire to understand people and the quiet struggles they carry.
Trained with a Master's in Psychology from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, she draws from Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and other evidence-based modalities to offer care that is thoughtful and tailored to each individual. Beyond the therapy room, Ms. Shah has appeared on National Television and been featured in multiple published interviews, helping bring mental health conversations to wider audiences.
